I found that about 5 drops is enough to help my sleep problems and that 10 drops was golden. IIRC, there were about 10 to 15 drops per 25 mL, so 25 ml would be the most I would need to take to achieve about four to five hours of blissful sleep.
Generally I wake up sooner than that (bladder thing) though and that's the reason I take less. About 10 drops at bedtime and another 5 to 10 at my first sleep interruption will get me 7 to 8 hours every time. Noice! 👍🏼
