Refund policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t guarantee you a full refund or exchange.

In the event of a faulty product, please contact us at info@vlasiclabs.com within 30 days of your purchase. A description, photo and/or video of your faulty product will help expedite the refund. If you have you have used the product, then there is no need to return. We will execute a refund or send you a new product free of charge upon confirmation of your complaint. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
