Wonderful product, helps calm my mind so I can focus.

Helped with sleep / blood cholesterols

CBD works great to help me sleep. I had to experiment with the dose to get it right though. The Vlasic CBD appears to have brought my blood fats down too after about 4 weeks. (I made no other dietary changes.) This was just my observation though, not based on medical info. I was introduced to this product in a store, but just started buying it online.
