I have used this in my thumbs which both are painfully arthritic. I get a modicum if relief and I use it in conjunction with the CBD full spectrum liquid.

I have used the topical CBD for about a week seeking some pain relief from arthritic knees and have noticed little or no progress. Additionally, the menthol smell is so strong and long lasting I really do not like it.

The CBD cream is soothing and helps ease the pain.
